1. Bookings & Appointments:

Book in advance via phone, text, email, or our online platform.

You'll receive a confirmation; please verify details and notify us of any errors immediately.

Arrive on time. Delays over 15 minutes without notice may require rescheduling or a fee.

We may cancel/reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a $25 fee.

No-shows may result in future service denial.

Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
3. Vehicle Preparation:

Remove all personal belongings before your appointment.

Excessive dirt (pet hair, mold, etc.) may incur extra charges.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle poses a health hazard.
4. Liability:
We take great care, but are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage.

Malfunctioning components unrelated to our service.

Lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

Notify us within 24 hours of any concerns. We'll address them with touch-ups or corrections.

Claims after 24 hours will be reviewed individually.
6. Payments:

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, e-transfer, and [other methods].

Prices are base rates; final costs may vary based on vehicle condition and additional services.
7. Weather:

For mobile services, weather may affect scheduling. We may reschedule in bad weather.

Let us know if indoor space is available.
8. Service Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or violation of these terms. Harassment will result in immediate termination without refund.
9. Privacy:
Your personal information is used only for communication and service purposes. We do not share client information with third parties.
10. Agreement:
By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update these terms; the current version is always available upon request.
