Terms and Conditions

We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Appointments:

  • Book in advance via phone, text, email, or our online platform.

  • You'll receive a confirmation; please verify details and notify us of any errors immediately.

  • Arrive on time. Delays over 15 minutes without notice may require rescheduling or a fee.

  • We may cancel/reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a $25 fee.

  • No-shows may result in future service denial.

  • Repeated cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

 

3. Vehicle Preparation:

  • Remove all personal belongings before your appointment.

  • Excessive dirt (pet hair, mold, etc.) may incur extra charges.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle poses a health hazard.

 

4. Liability:

We take great care, but are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage.

  • Malfunctioning components unrelated to our service.

  • Lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of any concerns. We'll address them with touch-ups or corrections.

  • Claims after 24 hours will be reviewed individually.

 

6. Payments:

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, e-transfer, and [other methods].

  • Prices are base rates; final costs may vary based on vehicle condition and additional services.

 

7. Weather:

  • For mobile services, weather may affect scheduling. We may reschedule in bad weather.

  • Let us know if indoor space is available.

 

8. Service Refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or violation of these terms. Harassment will result in immediate termination without refund.

 

9. Privacy:

Your personal information is used only for communication and service purposes. We do not share client information with third parties.

 

10. Agreement:

By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. We may update these terms; the current version is always available upon request.
